Support and Maintenance Agreements

Once your website has launched, it’s easy to forget that it needs to be regularly maintained and updated.  Because our clients are busy, we provide a series of support and maintenance agreements that give you peace of mind with a predictable monthly spend allowing your website to continually evolve with your business and to keep your customers returning to your site and converting.

 

Every website and/or web application needs continual maintenance that can include, but not limited to, content generation and import, server and hosting maintenance, social media management, digital media generation, graphics and photographic manipulation and uploading, and search engine optimisation.

 

Our support and maintenance agreements allow you to factor in the cost of these services every month so that you have a predictable and planned monthly spend on digital services and support.

 

Our support and maintenance packages are variable, and can be tailored to your specific needs, our packages run on a 12 month subscription, paid monthly and start with the following:

 

4 hours	£240.00 ($400AUD)
8 hours	£480.00 ($830AUD)
16 hours	£960.00 ($1650AUD)

With prior arrangement, our support packages can provide a certain amount of rollover each month if all hours are not used, all rollover hours must be used within a 2 month window and before the end of the subscription period or will be forfeit.
